...a cooking teacher at the prestigious hotel school of San Pellegrino Terme (exactly where they make San Pellegrino water), Italy, and I want to share with you the most famous recipes of the Italian tradition.
You can amaze your guests with potato gnocchi, fettuccine, lasagne, ravioli, bread, pizza, eggspant alla parmigiana, all the sauces at the base of Italian cuisine (tomato sauce, basil pesto, 4 cheeses, amatriciana, etc.), tiramisù and many other goodness, all obviously made at home.
The course will be held in the Ahora Si Restaurant adjacent to the Casa Paraiso Hotel in Playa Samara in Costa Rica.
Continental breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, homemade jam, butter and toasted bread or typical local with rice, beans, eggs and toast. Coffee, tea, fruit juice.

To make you fully enjoy your stay, included in the price you will be offered some activities, including: surf school, horseback riding, latin american dance school, snorkeling with dolphin and whale watching, tour of nearby beaches, turtle sighting in epoch of spawning, evening entertainment such as karaoke, live music and dancing.
The duration of the stay is 7 days starting on day 1, day 10 and day 20 of the month.
The maximum number of participants for each course is 5 people.
The cost per person is $ 3,500 or $ 4,000 (depending on the type of accommodation). A 30% security deposit will be required at the time of booking.
